RISK:  Sometimes it's scary.  but so was joining WW the first time. what will be the potential return?  Step out of the box.

LISTEN:  Listen to yourself.  You know you better than anyone.

CHOOSE:  You always have another choice.  Use it.

RELAX:  Take a break.  Breathe.

PRAY:  We can all use a little help.

PERSIST:  It is the only way to get there.

SMILE:  This leads to a better frame of mind.

FOCUS:  Sometimes we need to pay a little extra attention.

ACT:  Actions can speak louder than words.

TRUST:  When you feel like it isn't working.  Just trust that WW knows what it is talking about.  Trust in yourself, you know what you are doing.

ACCEPT:  We often need to stop fighting and accept that which we can not change.  Work with it, not against.

WAIT:  Be Patient.  You never know what you might learn.
